KTISIS was founded by Stephen Chue in 2013. Mr. Chue has over 16 years of experience in leading successful motorsports and advanced powertrain engineering programs. Prior to KTISIS, Mr. Chue was the President and Technical Director of a reputable US motorsports and powertrain engineering firm which was sold to an engine technology group owned by Bill Gates in 2014.

MOTORSPORTS SUCCESS

Mr. Chue, has led and been instrumental in many successful  professional motorsports programs at the premier level for over 16 years. His leadership and technical contribution have led to race victories and championships in the Indy Racing League (IRL), International Motor Sports Association (IMSA), American Le Mans Series (ALMS), 24 Hours of LeMans, Daytona 24 Hours, 12 Hours of Sebring, World Challenge GT, TransAm2, and GrandAm GT. In addition, Mr. Chue’s expertise and experience in advanced powertrain technologies has enabled him to successfully design and develop natural gas powered professional racing engines.

Layer-21        Developed from the highly acclaimed Alfa Romeo 4C sports car, the Alfa Romeo 4C.R GT race car has been engineered to provide drivers a competitive racing package, straight ‘out of the box’. The 4C.R-NG race car features world-class chassis, steering and brakes, resulting in exceptional handling. KTISIS has the expertise and experience in developing natural-gas powered commercial and racing engines and fuel systems. A race-prepped natural gas turbo-charged inline 4 engine delivers 300HP @6600rpm powering the rear wheels through a 6-speed dual clutch sequential gearbox, with peddle shifter.

  With the Safety Cell design derived from the high-tech European DTM series and FIA approved safety features, the 4C.R-NG will be accepted by most world’s leading GT series including but not limited to the following:
 
• World Challenge GT
• World Challenge GT-S
• North American GT-4
• Trans Am TA3 Int’l
• SCCA T1
 
It can also be modified for the demands of endurance events should you seek even more challenging pursuits.
